When you don't know who will live in the apartment you are designing, the assignment becomes really interesting. This is the case with the "Diagonal" type apartments for the builder Bilda Invest. The apartments are really big and spacious, even with one bedroom.

Diagonal, textures and comfort without clutter

We created a lot of storage space, and to fill the long and endless walls with coziness and warmth, we painted them diagonally with different textures and colors. Thus, without taking away from the volume of the rooms and without cluttering them with furniture — when we do not know the needs of the future users — we created coziness.

Bold solutions that are easy to change

Here we allowed ourselves to be really brave, considering that the apartments are not meant to be family-friendly because of the one bedroom. We did it outside the case furniture — so they can be easily repainted and the wallpaper changed if needed.
