Four phases, step by step

Phase 01

Understanding needs

    Initial meeting and assignment

    We learn how you live or work in the space and what you expect from it.

    Capture and analysis

    Professional measurement (2D sketch with actual dimensions) and review of plans and architectural features.

  • 03

    Visual direction

    Together we define style, materials and atmosphere.

Phase 02

Live and 3D design

  • 04

    Live joint session

    Live in the 3D program (≈1.5 hours) we develop the layout and design of the space together — before renderings begin.

  • 05

    Photorealistic renderings

    We prepare the final photorealistic 3D renderings of the approved design.

  • 06

    Review, corrections and finalization

    We review the renderings together, make your corrections and finalize the design.

Phase 03

Drawings, specifications and budget

  • 07

    Working drawings

    Complete package: plans, sections and details. We review them together and make adjustments at this stage as well.

  • 08

    Installations

    Plumbing and electrical distribution, lighting, switches and sockets.

  • 09

    Furniture to order

    Drawings for making furniture to order.

  • 10

    Selection of materials and furniture

    A specific selection from the store network: flooring, sanitation, doors, coatings, finishes and furniture.

    Offers from suppliers

    We send inquiries and collect quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

  • 12

    Budget

    Bill of quantities of the items included in the visualization and in the interior design.

Phase 04

Turnkey implementation

    Orders and payments

    We order the materials and furniture and move the payments to the suppliers.

  • 14

    Logistics and deliveries to the site

    We organize the logistics and delivery of materials on site and communication with suppliers.

  • 15

    Coordination of contractors

    We coordinate construction and installation works and specialized contractors (plumbing, electricity, air conditioning) according to schedule.

  • 16

    Author supervision

    We control the implementation against the project, with planned site visits.

  • 17

    Transmission ready to apply

    We inspect the final result and deliver the object matching the approved 3D renderings down to the last detail.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the whole process take?+
It's never a matter of days — usually a few weeks to a few months, depending on the scope: residential or public and what the volume of work is. At the first meeting, we give a realistic estimate for your project.
Can I make adjustments to the project?+
Yes, and at several stages — during the collaborative 3D session, after the renderings, and on the working drawings. We finalize only after your approval.
What do I get at each stage?+
Clear results: assignment and analysis of space; photorealistic 3D visualizations; a complete package of drawings, specifications and budget; and upon implementation — an object ready to be deployed.
Do you implement the project for me?+
Yes, through the Project Management service - we take care of orders, payments, logistics, delivery and coordination of contractors, with author supervision, and hand over the site ready for occupation. We offer this service in Sofia.
Do you work with clients outside of Sofia?+
Yes. We do design projects and consultations for the whole of Bulgaria — online and through all communicators. We undertake turnkey implementation in Sofia.
