How much does an interior design cost?+
The price depends on the type of object (apartment, office, restaurant), the square footage and the scope of the service — just a design or a complete turnkey project. After an initial conversation and inspection, we prepare an individual offer tailored to your project.
What types of objects do you work with?+
Offices, restaurants and bars, shops, medical centers, public spaces and premium housing. We also work with builders and investors of residential buildings — we develop standard interior designs for the various layouts (studio, two-room, three-room) that buyers can choose and get a turnkey apartment.
Do you design restaurants and bars?+
Yes. We work on HoReCa projects with a focus on guest and staff flow, acoustics, lighting, kitchen areas, durable materials and brand feel. Example: Rechna Gara restaurant, Vidin (340 sq.m.).
Do you do office interiors?+
Yes. We design corporate spaces with attention to ergonomics, acoustics and employer branding. Among our clients are Hyperzon, Evolution and Smartico.
What is the difference between a turnkey project and design only?+
"Design only" — we hand you a complete project. "Turnkey" means that we coordinate the entire implementation.
How long does the process take?+
The design takes 2–4 months, depending on how quickly the client gives feedback on adjustments at different stages. The realization is from 4 to 8 months for residences and from several weeks to months for corporate sites, according to the different types and scales of the site.
What cities do you work in?+
We carry out implementation management only in Sofia. We do design projects and consultations online and through all communicators - for sites all over Bulgaria.
Do you do remote projects?+
Yes — we have experience with remote projects. We can work even without being physically on site.
Do you design shops and showrooms?+
Yes. We design stores, showrooms and specialized trade, placing the corporate identity in the space itself — layout, materials, lighting and visual merchandising that build a recognizable environment and brand experience.
