In the typical new construction apartment of 85 sq.m. with two bedrooms, we used every inch functionally and smartly to make room for all its inhabitants - the parents of two youngsters under 5 and a husky.

U-shaped kitchen and sustainable materials

The southern exposure and high floor allowed us to close one window in favor of a large U-shaped kitchen with a wide worktop and two refrigerators. With the thought that everything should be child and pet resistant, the walls are covered with washable wallpaper and scratch resistant plasters.

A bathroom that stays dry

The bathroom has two fans, two siphons and a shower area with floor to ceiling glass to stay dry even when used by children. The furniture is made to order, with hidden niches and utilization of every volume.
