The first thing we think about when it comes to an event hall is not the look — it's the acoustics and the function.

What is the first thing we start thinking about when creating a training and meeting room? Not the look, but the acoustics and the function. In order for many people talking in one place to feel comfortable, there must be a sufficient amount of noise-absorbing materials.

Acoustics before vision

Depending on the number of people expected in the room, upholstered chairs, carpets and soft Roman blinds may not be enough to deal with the reverberation problem – and then we add acoustic panels. For the smaller hall with the function of an office-meeting room for internal company gatherings, we used exactly such noise-absorbing materials when choosing furniture.

Carpet, arches and acoustic baffles

In the large hall for trainings and events, we also covered the floor with an office carpet, which, in addition to refracting sound, also provides interesting color details. The largest amount of noise and noise return comes from the ceiling – in it we interwoven acoustic baffles from Decibel.bg, in sync with the oval arches on the walls and the clothes racks.

Tenderness, elegance, femininity

The rooms are in the office of a business with a female audience — employees, clients and partners. Gentle colors, arches and fluid forms recreate the feeling of tenderness, elegance and femininity that we received as an assignment from the client.
