The pleasure of dealing with the craftsmen, furniture makers and all the subcontractors was all ours. The apartments are handed over to the owner in the level of completion shown in the photos, without a single site visit by the client during the execution.

Our client is a real estate investor who needed the interior design of family-type apartments for high-end rental in Iztok quarter, Sofia. The style is modern, with slightly classic elements. The apartments have two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet — therefore, the profile of future tenants is most likely families with children. Therefore, in the design of the living room, children’s room and kitchen, we used warm colors, softness and a sense of family.
