Residential interior + remodeling
Remodeling a two-bedroom into a three-bedroom — two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and timeless luxury.
Request a project →In the LF 22 project, we did a complete architectural redesign of a two-room apartment (with one bedroom, one bathroom, a utility room and a living room with a kitchen) into a three-room apartment - a living room with a kitchen and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. We used a favorite trick: the master bedroom bathroom is entered through a door integrated into the wardrobe.
We adhered to the client’s desire for a home with lots of light, a sense of luxury and timelessness. The main colors are classic wood, marble, cream and truffle shades, and color is introduced through the textiles, art decorations and movable small furniture, the range of which would be easily changed in years.
We paid particular attention to the textures that give a real feeling of coziness and completeness in real life — for example, the dining table with a leather-type finish and the sections above the sofa. The wardrobe in the master bedroom combines gloss with a delicate mirror effect, and the nightstands are in super matte linen for counterpoint. The work area has a desk in a velvet matte finish — easy to maintain and pleasant to the touch.
Let's create something equally bold for your space.
