Housing for the modern active young man — dark, functional, with walk-in zoning. The dog came as a bonus.

In this project, we had the pleasure of benefiting from the complete trust of the client and realizing it on a grand scale down to the last detail — without the dog. It came as a bonus.

Dark, functional, masculine

The apartment with the black dog embodies the housing needs and feel of the modern and active young man: plenty of storage space — both for personal items and equipment — dark colors, matte black and easy-to-maintain materials and shades.

Zoning without walls

We zoned the living room, separating a large portmanteau, and used the back of the case furniture instead of a partition wall to the kitchen. We visually divided the architecturally long bedroom into three zones — walk-in closet, bedroom and home office — without wasting space with walls, but with ethereal partitions and the backs of the furniture.
